GetCashForMyBike (“GetCashForMyBike” or “us” or “we”) is a business of Copart, Inc., a Delaware corporation. This policy covers how Copart, Inc. and its subsidiaries and GetCashForMyBike (collectively, “Copart”) treats personal information that GetCashForMyBike collects and receives, including information related to your past use of GetCashForMyBike services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable, such as your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.

This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that GetCashForMyBike does not own or control, or to people that GetCashForMyBike does not employ or manage.

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

General

GetCashForMyBike collects personal information when you sell a vehicle to or request a quote from GetCashForMyBike or one of our affiliates.
When you request a quote or sell a vehicle to GetCashForMyBike, we may ask for information such as your name, address, email address, phone number, zip code, and other information related to the vehicle. Once you contact us and use our services, you are not anonymous to us.
GetCashForMyBike collects information about your transactions with us, including information relating to vehicles you sell through us or our affiliates.
GetCashForMyBike automatically receives and records information on our server logs regarding your sessions on GetCashForMyBike websites or through the websites and related cookie information.
GetCashForMyBike uses information for the following general purposes: to contact you to facilitate your vehicle sale or to provide you with a vehicle quote, to coordinate any title transfer and ownership of the vehicle, and to comply with laws and regulations related to vehicle sales by you.

INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

GetCashForMyBike does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or nonaffiliated companies except to (i) provide products or services you’ve requested, (ii) when we have your permission, or (iii) under the following circumstances:

We transfer information about you to Copart, any other affiliates as necessary for title and transfer processing, and to any state and federal regulatory agencies as required by law.

Accordingly, when visiting this website or providing personal data to GetCashForMyBike, GetCashForMyBike has taken steps to ensure the adequate protection of the processing of your personal data. ONLINE TRACKING INFORMATION AND “DO NOT TRACK” SIGNALS

With respect to any complaints regarding compliance with this privacy policy received from any European Union, European Economic Area or Switzerland resident that cannot be resolved through GetCashForMyBike’ internal processes, GetCashForMyBike agrees to participate in the dispute resolution procedures of the appropriate data protection authorities and, where required, to take appropriate steps to address any concerns and assure future compliance.

GetCashForMyBike may update this policy. When we do, we will also revise the “last updated date” on the Privacy Policy.
